I bought Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating but I didn’t have any chances to apply it due to a lot of typhoons in this summer.
Autumn has come and the weather was getting mild weather, so finally I applied it in the nice weather.

It was my first application, so I was worried about a little.
However, application was so very easy, so there was nothing to worry about that.

You might think it was difficult to see whether I applied or not due to colorless, but I could find by feel of touching with an applied sponge.
Moreover, it doesn’t looks enough for whole a car, but it spreads very well and about half of the bottle remained even though I applied it to to a whole car.

After 2 weeks application, I splashed the water to the car body.
Then the water repellency which was sliding on the car body made me refresh.

It might be difficult to find in the movie due to the light color,
but the water repellency was completely different between before and after application.

By the way, it rained 3 days after application, there was no problems.
I was so impressed by the nice workability which I could apply without faults even though for an amateur like me.

I applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating in October 21, 2018.
It was sunny, but not hot, so the liquid didn’t dry quickly.
Then I could apply it smoothly event though my first time.

I thought that ceramic coating was more time consuming than wax.
However, I eradicated the image after I met Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating.

It was difficult to find the difference due to brand new, but after application was much shiner when I compared with photos.
I want to keep this beautiful condition for long time.
Moreover, it repelled water surprisingly while driving in rainy days and there are less water spots on the car body.
I’m going to wait eagerly for rainy days.

This time I applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating in the next day of car delivery.
I applied it as the instruction after car wash.
Application was so easy at once I was careful about sunlight and raining after application.
I used about 90% of the bottle for the car body, plastic parts, inside of doors and wheels.

The video shows after application.
My brand new car was already beautiful, but the gloss became deeper.
The feel of touch is smooth, so I can’t help touching.
The sight was reflected on the car body like a mirror.

Also I tested water repellency after half a month application.
Then the water was sliding as its name.
In rainy days, the dirt can be removed together, so Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating making my car beautifully still now.

I applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating to my white pale brand new N-BOX Custom.

I received the car on September 25, 2018.
I asked the dealer not to apply any car wax or coating.
However, it had been raining for a few days, so I applied on September 28 finally and at that time, I’ve already drove about 400 km.

【Application】
Car wash (the last night)
⇒ driving a little for drying the water (the next early morning)
⇒ car wash partial again and dry the whole car
⇒ removing the oil and Applying Pika Pika Pika Rain PREMIM Ceramic Coating

Regard as washing the roof, I recommend to apply it from the right side to the left side for security (in the case of a right-handed).
Regard as amount of the solution, in the case of N-BOX,
I used two thirds of the bottle due to the wider car body than usual light cars.

However, it was enough so I could applied the leftover solution to 7 years PRIUS.

I would like to tell my review.
By the way, I tend to apply it thinly as the solution spreads very well.

It seems that a lot of solution need to apply if I apply as the instruction,
but I think that if I wipe the solution and check the results carefully,

【Before application】
The water stayed on the car body when I splash the water.
However, as you can watch the video, the water seemed repel a little on side doors.
Therefore I found that there were car wax on some parts.
I asked not to apply anything surely…anyway, checking is important before application, isn’t it?

【After application】
About 20 hours after application, it had rained in early morning.
The rain was hard and it became a bead on the hood.
When I splashed the water to it, the water was sliding so quickly.

Hydrophobic coating many water spots remain on the car body,
but Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating which is water sliding effect hardly water spots on the car body.

I was satisfied with the results as I expected.
My car park doesn’t have a roof, so I was troubling with water stains for a long time,
but I can do the after treatment easily from now on.

I bought Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating before I receive my brand new car,but I applied it 2 weeks later due to bad weather.

I took 2.5 hours for car wash and 4.5 hours for applying it to the car body, around doors, wheels and engine cover carefully.
The liquid spreads very well, so there were any problems to apply it with attached sponge even though I’m an amateur.

After application, the feel of touch get smooth and I could expect good results.
Then it rained after 4 days application and I felt the difference of the water repellency
between Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating and any other coating products which I had used before.

The video shows that the comparison water repellency before application and after 5 days application in many parts such as painted metal, painted plastic and unpainted plastic.
I’m very satisfied with the water repellency which can remove water spots easily.

From now on, I look forward to checking the durability.
