I applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating to my CT200h, 2017 model.
I did washing, polishing and removing the oil as preparation.
I heard that applying it little by little, so I applied it to every doors.
The solution spread very well, so it was really easy.
I finished the work in 2 hours without foggy finishing.
My car got beautiful even there were not so many scratches originally.

The solution left, so 2 weeks later, I could apply the second layer.
Now, I’m applying Nano Pika Pika Rain Type-K once a month,
It doesn’t need wiping like a car wax.

Of course, rally it got dirty, however, I think that it gets dirty not so frequently.
The dirt can be removed by washing easily.
Before, it use to be difficult, but now, it is completely different.

They say its durability is 3 years, so I’m looking forward to checking how long it will last the gloss and water repellency.

This time I bought Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating and Pika Pika Rain Oil Remover.

I used to apply car wax for finishing, so I didn’t feel the difference between before and after application,
but after the second application I found the gloss got deeper.

After 1 week the first application, it had a heavy rain,
however, at that time, I realized Pika Pika Rain effect.

The water was sliding like a mirror in a bathroom and rain makes the car beautiful
such as some friends ask “Which car coating are you using?”.

I think that the difference of car wax are as below;

but in my case, one fourth of the bottle remained even though I applied it to a wagon car for the second times (including inside of doors, under the hood, wheels and the muffler cutter).
Therefore, I used all the solution to apply it to my wife’s car.

Anyway, I really recommend Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM.
For you who are going to apply it, please remover iron fillings and scratches carefully before application.

2 weeks has passed since I have applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating.
This time I didn’t expect the results so much as I applied it to my car of an old model.
However, it did better than I expected.

Even after application the gloss was pretty nice, but 2 weeks later, I thought that it got much better.
It was completely different from before and after application!

The color is white, so it is difficult to find the results,
but it has the outstanding gloss when it is inside the garage.

At all events, I’m very satisfied with the cost-effectiveness.

I am working as a car mechanic for 14 years.
Regarding car ceramic coating, asking professionals is a matter of course for me.
Therefore, I always asked my friend to apply the professional coating which costed about 80,000 JPY.

However, this time we bought a brand new cars for wife and I set my mind to do it by myself suddenly,
so I was looking for something good, and finally I found Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating.
I was excited to open the box and started my first DIY application.

All works took about 4 hours as below:
car wash →　removing oil →　application for the roof →　application other whole parts →　checking unevenness

It was hard due to the hot weather, but I could do it more easily than I expected as I did apply it what the instruction say.
The solution spread very well and it was easy to wipe the solution,
so I think that you will get use to do even for the first time.

Just one thing, when I applied it to the car body with a sponge, but it was not smoothly for the beginning and I almost dropped it.
Therefore, I put a few solution with a sponge and then spared it,
and then gradually I could apply it smoothly, so I tried to move the sponge smoothly.

Before application, I thought it won’t change so much,
but it might difficult to see in photos, the surrounding scene was reflected on the hood clearly.
I and my wife were so surprised.
Also the water repellency is amazing which I have never seen before.
I cannot believe that DIY car ceramic coating has such a great effect.
It is really excellent.

I didn’t apply Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM Ceramic Coating for a while due to the bad weather.
However, one day I heard nice weather will continue, so I started applying finally.

First I washed my car and applied Pika Pika Rain Oil Remover.
After that I repeated putting the solution on the sponge, applying it and wiping it with a microfiber cloth.
Application was finished within 90 minutes.

In my opinion, application was not so difficult, but I couldn’t stop swearing as it was so hot.
(I should choose the cooler season…)
Therefore, I think that you should avoid applying in summer.

Anyway, I applied it to my brand new car, so I thought the gloss won’t change dramatically, but, I could confirmed that my precious car got shiny obviously when I looked it the next day.
Now, I’m satisfied with the results which is much better than I expected.

If I will buy a new car again, I would like to apply it again (except summer, of course)!
