Glass coating pika pika rain that is the most popular in Japan

I reached Pika Pika Rain Premium for buying my brand new car in March 2017.

I did the application with any problems due to pre-learning with You Tube videos.

After I applied it to whole a car, but the liquid remained so much,
so I also applied it to the inside, the engine room and wheels, but half of a bottle still remained.

Can you find my car become shiny even though it was getting dark?

The result was not so dramatic due to a brand new car,
but I think that it the gloss was additional 10 or 20 percent!

I would like to show a photo which 2 days later when I washed it.
Also it is 1 month later when I applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM.

There are some dusts on the car body, but it was glossy.

Just one thing I’m worried about the water its repellency, it is hydrophobic, not water-sliding.
I removed the oil, but I couldn’t remove car wax completely perhaps,
so I will look how it will go.

Anyway, the gloss is shiny and it keep its beautiful,
and it keep shine by washing, so I think that it was worth to buy it.

A few days ago, droppings, but they was removed only by washing.

If this situation will keep, I can recommend that it was high cost-effective shopping as a result.

It was my first time to applied glass coating by myself.

The application was so simple, just applying and wiping as other people’s reviews.

It was surprise because I will be free from car waxing up till now!

At all events, it was the simple application and the amazing water-sliding effect.

I was impressed by the deep luster and it also can be kept for the long time.

I regretted that I should meet this product early…

I applied it to my ALFARD so I was worried about running out of glass coating such as a small bottle,
but it spread very well, so I could applied to a whole car body and wheels.

I want to try Nano Pika Pika Rain Type-K, a car detailing spray next time.

This video is applying Pika Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM to my ODESSAY HIBRID.

For the first part, I was splashing after washing with shampoo which is contained degreasing agents.
For the second one is one week later when I applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM.

It was my second time for applying Pika Pika Rain products,
and I feel that PREMIUM is much better water repellency than SUPER.

My brand new cars got deep gloss,
so it is much better cost performing than applying by professional detailers 🙂

Just I regretted I tried not to apply too much because I afraid of running out of it…

I applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM carefully, but I finished all in around an hour.
The way to apply was simple, so I could do it quickly.
I applied it to my VEZEL this time, and half of a bottle remained.

After the application, there is hardly any dirt on the car body.
I can wash off even though my car gets dirty by raining.

Moreover, about the water repellency, I feel it is no problem.
About the durability, I cannot say anything because only a few weeks passed after the application.
Also I have never used other products, so I cannot compare with it, neither.

I applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM to my brand new car on Febuary 2017.
I decided to apply by myself because I couldn’t feel the effect of application by the detailer even though it was expensive.

I searched about it and I thought it was expensive, but I chose Pika Pika Rain because it contains SiO2.
SiO2 is a good material for finishing which is my hobby, too. It is one of main materials of a fishing rod and it is strong for the seawater.

In a fine water day, I washed my car, opened the doors to dry and applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM.
Its sponge was small, but it spread very well and I could find whether I applied or not while applying.
Also I can wipe with microfiber cloth immediately, so wiping was much easier than car wax.

However, just I could not find the result of scratches and the gloss due to the brand new car.
I used half a bottle which was appropriate amount as they said.

I kept it in the multistory car park and I for 13 days
and I compared with each conditions in similar weather, temperature and time.

First of all, I checked it in detail and then I found the place where I forgot to wipe.
There have already harden, so there might be one choice to solve it.

Moreover, there were some areas water spots which is in the glass layer.
Both of them were not so remarkable, so I decided to leave them.

However, I reflected on why I didn’t move my car and checked it by many angles under the sunlight.

About comparison the water repllency, before and after the application Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM, I did it on the vertical area and splashed the water with a spray type to find the differences easily.
Then I could find the water flowed equally and quickly on the new car paint surface.
From this, I think that it will be blown up by wind pressure when I drive.

But I agree with it looks like the layer of glass.

I want to expect its durability from now, because it is SiO2 which is strong for sands and the dirt.
