I bought a Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM when I bought a brand new car.
First I couldn’t make up my mind which one to choose from coating by car dealers, gasoline stations and professional detailers,
but I decided to buy Pika Pika Rain because I thought that I can do it by myself when I read reputations and reviews which said about its workability.
■Application
I suppressed to ride my brand new car and then I applied it immediately!
The weather was sunny or cloudy, the sunlight and wind was not so strong – it was the best condition!
I started to wash my car even though it was brand new.
I washed and dried carefully and I applied Pika Pika Rain PREMIUM finally.
First I was surprised how little the liquid was.
I was worried about whether it is enough for a whole car,
but, I believed everyone’s reviews and started to apply it.
First, the sponge didn’t slide smoothly, so I felt that it was hard to apply,
but it the liquid got to spread gradually, it spread very well and became easy to apply.
As the instruction said, I applied it small areas which is separated evenly and dried with microfiber cloth.
Then it got gloss wonderfully!
It was difficult to find by photos sue to the white color, but the difference was obvious with the eye.
I was getting tired, but I finished the work without losing concentration!
One third of a bottle remained.
At that time, I put my car in a garage and finished because it was getting dark.
■After the application
4 days later, I put my car out from the garage and checked the finishing.
I felt the gloss became shiner than right after the application.
When I splashed the water, the water slide easily and it also has water repellency.
I didn’t find the any water drops remain on the car boy.
The water was sliding so smoothly to smile when I splashed the water wastefully…haha!
I have no experiences in rainy days, but I’m looking forward to the results.
■Review
I was very satisfied with the performance, the finishing and the price.
The application is easy and most of all, it has a noticeable effect.
Of course, it might be worse than professional’s detailing, but it is expensive.
If I can do it by myself, I think that it is very nice.
Just about the durability, I cannot judge it now.
However, I want to do daily car caring to keep the effect of glass coating as long as possible.
